Management assistant to group management team

Ferrosan Medical Devices develop and produce a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are a global company with products registered in more than 100 countries and offices in Denmark and Poland. Every 3rd second Ferrosan Medical Devices’ products help surgeons and nurses control bleedings and avoid complications in surgical procedures. We make seconds count in surgical care! And we need you on our team!
The job
You will be the go-to-person for our executive management team when it comes to administrative tasks and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The management assisstant to the group management team also plays a central role in various communication efforts and will take responsibility for day-to-day project management.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Develop and improve administrative processes
• Calendar management, meeting planning and general management support
• Travel planning and bookings
• Drive and manage cross functional projects
• Shape and draft internal communication materials
• Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents
• Ad-hoc support tasks
The right candidate
Are you structured and proactive with a great eye for details? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders? Do you sweat the small stuff? Yes? Then you are the person we are looking for.
The ideal candidate the job:
• Have strong communicative and administrative skills
• Have great attention to detail - you sweat the small stuff
• Have a service-minded and professional attitude
• Have a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoy being the go-to person for the management team and are perceived as a natural "trust-builder"
• Can prioritize tasks and have good coordinating skills
• Can work with tight deadlines and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality
• Is strong in Microsoft office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Great command of English and Danish is a requirement – both oral and written.
