We cover all phases of photovoltaic (PV) solar and wind projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment of assets. You will be part of our O&M Coordination Team, which handles all operations & maintenance of solar/PV assets. The team´s main responsibilities is to monitor, investigate, and detect inconsistencies, as well as propose and coordinate technical troubleshooting for optimal solar asset performance.
As an O&M Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on solar park monitoring, maintenance coordination, and technical support and you will have regular contact with clients, sub-contractors, OEMs, and internal departments regarding this process. You will also assist the O&M team with administrative tasks, such as documentation of insurance claims and NCR reporting.

Areas of Responsibilities
- Close monitoring of the assets KPIs production and health indicators
- In-depth analysis of performance
- Coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance with internal and external stakeholders
- Spare part & warehouse management
- Control room tasks during sunlight hours, such as Power plant control, Execution of emergency operations, reaction to alerts
- Portfolio-wide reporting towards our customers
- Contact to OEM and technical support of claims by the asset management
- Providing investigation reports for incidents
- Ad-hoc administrative O&M tasks
- Delivery and assessment of O&M key performance indicators
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Technical understanding and experience/interest in solar projects
- Solid data analytic & Microsoft 365 skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and Danish
