Internship in Organizational Psychology
Are you curious on cultural transformation, strategy implementation, leadership and change processes? Are you as part of your master studies hungry for hands on work within strategic HR? Then you might be our next talented HR intern at Ferrosan Medical Devices
Job assignment
As an intern your primary role will be to support our diversity and inclusion agenda and co-drive the development of a truly purpose-driven organization. You will be collaborating closely with the VP of HR and a skilled and experienced HR team. In addition, you will become an active participant in a wide range of HR activities from well-being to talent management.
Ambitious psychology student with a desire to learn
The HR team consists of six experienced colleagues with a diverse educational and business background, and you will be working closely with all of us. We want to continuously improve and therefore we have a number of projects that aim to optimize our values adds to the business. You will have a great influence on which tasks and projects you become a part of. You probably have the following characteristics:
Working hours and place
We expect the internship to be 30 hours per week over a period of 14 weeks. Ferrosan Medical Devices is located in Søborg.

- You are curious and have a desire to learn
- You are an organized executer
- You keep many balls in the air at once
- You are skilled with data collection and analysis
- You are a strong communicator both in writing and orally
- You are pursuing a master’s degree in psychology or similar
