The position As our new Senior Business Analyst, you will be partnering with our process groups and all functions in Regulatory Affairs, driving analysis, performance, and insights to enable optimal decision making across business units. You will also be dealing with data analysis, visualisation, and outcome presentations to support prioritisation of improvement initiatives within Regulatory Affairs, and towards our stakeholders in Product Supply and Research & Development. You will work mostly in Power BI and perform data modelling in NNEDL. In this role, you will report to Associate Director in RA Business Transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Build robust dashboards/KPI trackers that can be used by a broad range of stakeholders
  • Provide quality business insights based on data analysis and interpretation
  • Understand and share data analysis across Regulatory Affairs
  • Support with data analysis and trending for our yearly Process Review and QMR (Quality Monitoring Review) for management
  • Update and maintain various templates, tools, and reports
  • Qualifications The ideal candidate has:
  • M.Sc. in a relevant field, such as science, pharmacy, business, or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry; preferably in Regulatory Affairs, but not mandatory
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM, Esko Labelling Management Solution and SAP is beneficial
  • A strong cross value chain business understanding, good stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken

  • About the department You will join the RA Business Transformation department that plays a key role to support and enable our digital transformation journey. You will have the unique opportunity to be part of a strategically crucial business transformation across multiple processes and geographies and take active part in shaping the way RA will work in the future. Global Regulatory Affairs is an exciting area involved across the full value chain. We are responsible for global regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain regulatory licenses for current and future products, responsive to the worldwide business needs of Novo Nordisk.
