The position What are we looking for? We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at some of the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:
  • Proven experience and strong competencies within BI Solutions such as Tableau, PowerBI and Alteryx (or other similar technologies within Cloud, Visual Workflow Tools, BI)
  • Experience with data modelling ideally having worked with multiple sources and platforms across solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow,…) and functions (HR, Finance, Sales,…)
  • You like the IT part of the delivery model and get a kick out of delivering tools that will help the business make smarter decisions and have a positive impact at a larger scale
  • Call it agile or just call it common sense. But we work in Iterations and we use DevOps to plan.
  • Energetic, passionate, and ambitious personality. With a drive to challenge status quo within data & analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills. You will work closely together with less technical people than yourself. You need to understand their needs while making them understand the technical possibilities and limitations within our HRIT ecosystem.
  • Relevant academic background (IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, HR, or related similar).
  • Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
  • Design and deliver scalable digital self-service solutions with the aim of simplifying the access to tools and data for the Global People & Organization community.
  • Deliver the technical part of the People Analytics projects in close collaboration with colleagues from People & Organization
  • Automatise ETL processes within HRIT ecosystem (SuccessFactors, SAPBW, Alteryx, AWS) and ensure increased efficiency of data collection and automatization
  • Development and maintenance of existing BI solutions (Tableau); debugging, post go-live updates, further expansions
  • Leverage cross-functional data from various internal and external data sources with the aim to perform exploratory data analysis and aggregates data when building new products
  • Qualifications
  • An academic background (IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, HR, or related similar).
  • A solid understanding of data and how they fit together in data models
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R or another programming language
  • Experience with data visualization using BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Visier,…)
  • You have experience with or a strong interest in process optimisation
  • You have the communicational skills to turn complex analysis into clear conclusions/actions
  • You have the toolbox to plan and execute projects across a global organisation
  • About the department The strategic focus for our area is to drive digitalisation of HR services in close partnership with Global P&O. HR DD&IT is a global team that includes approx. 70 employees based in Denmark, India and the US. Our department is anchored within DD&IT and team members are placed closely to HR teams for optimal collaboration and hands-on business support.
