Student Assistant, Project Development – German team
Are you a committed and structured student looking to get hands-on experience within Project Development? Would you like to gain valuable and relevant job experience working with financial modelling and presentations? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Project Development!

European Energy is an international green energy company in an exponential growth. In 2022 we have welcomed 270 new colleagues, now being more than 500 enthusiastic and professional employees. We have a student community with more than 40 of our students participating in development talks and social events.
You will get an essential role in the German team in Project Development consisting of 7 full-time colleagues. One of the team’s main objectives is the project management for the German market. We screen for new opportunities and develop existing projects. As our Student Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg with a specific focus on our business in Germany.
In collaboration with experienced and motivated colleagues, you will support the development of wind and solar (PV) projects, which will give you a technical, financial, and administrative understanding of renewable energy assets, and you will have plenty of opportunities to contribute with internal and external workstreams in this role. Hours: 10-20 hours per week with flexibility in exam periods

Main responsibilities
- You will update the financial model with data for the German projects
- You will maintain and improve the financial model itself for various markets
- You will collect and coordinate on data with other internal departments
- You will help prepare material for presentations for investors or internal updates
- You will collaborate with the German Project team to support your team
- You will assist with ad hoc tasks, e.g. documentation in our Project Management tool
Profile
- You are currently studying a Bachelor or Master at university level or an equivalent institution within Financial, Commercial, or similar
- You are fluent in German and English, oral and written
- You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 products, and an expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- You are friendly, curious, and open to talk to other departments to get the needed data
- You are open-minded and eager to learn
