Implementation Manager, Contract Management

European Energy is an international renewable energy company in exponential growth. We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment, as well as Power-to-X. Welcome to the Contract Management team
You will be part of our Contract Management team with today two engaged colleagues. We are responsible for monitoring obligations in our contracts globally and we support the organization to secure that deadlines and obligations are compliant. We are the glue between tasks, obligations, and people. We are a fast-growing company who needs to strengthen our processes and way of working. We need to align compliance specifications and demands globally to ensure the vision of European Energy to be a major in the global green transition.
As our new Development and Implementation Manager you will be responsible for establishing processes and developing systems and modules in our project tool. You will ensure high quality requirement specifications and most importantly, ensure the new working methods are implemented and accepted in close collaboration with the business. You will play an important role to impact our new direction and the way we as a company handle contracts and contract obligations and act responsible.

Responsibilities
- You will gather requirement specifications and cover the business needs of contract and obligation management
- You will establish processes and workflows to support the new way of working
- You will participate in developing modules in our existing project management tool and define new tools to handle the business need of contract and obligation management
- You will prepare presentations for decision making
- You will collaborate and create relationships across the organization to ensure a solid implementation and use of the tools
- You will work closely with the IT department
Profile
- You have years of experience within project management and implementation
- You are a solid communicator, facilitator and trainer and you can adjust to different situations and audiences
- You are proficient in Danish and English, oral and written
