The Customer Lifecycle Team is a Europe wide team with overall responsibility for Envirosuite’s customers from implementation, operational support, customer success and contract renewal. With a strong background in both hardware and software support, you will join a small team based in Søborg to share responsibility for the hardware staging, installation, and operational support of all Envirosuite hardware and provide troubleshooting and software support to ensure our customer receive their environmental data in accordance with their contracted service levels.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will refer to the Director of Customer Lifecycle, EMEA and your colleagues will train you in Envirosuite's products and give you full support on a daily basis.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
You probably have some experience from a similar position within support

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provision of world class service for Envirosuite customers in each stage of the Customer Lifecycle
- Environmental monitoring equipment staging prior to shipping to customers
- Providing telephone or in person support to partners or subcontractors during installation phase
- Problem solving and troubleshooting of environmental monitoring equipment
- Configuration of software platforms to ensure successful data ingestion from device to platform
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of all Envirosuite software platforms
- On receipt of faulty hardware, assessment for suitability of repairMaintenance of incident and change management tools
- Contribution to process review and improvements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
You probably have some experience from a similar position within support
- Experience in structured hardware and software support environment
- Well-developed problem solving and technical analysis skills
- Experience using basic hardware repair tools
- Linux OS familiarity
- Serial console familiarity (putty, reverse ssh)
- Understanding of networking principles; Cellular / LAN / WAN
- Strong skills in the use of MS Office components
- Intellectual curiosity: always wanting to know “why and how”
- Ability to capture, document and share knowledge
- Ability to complete multiple tasks within timeframes
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance, makes decisions, escalates where/when needed.
- Accountability: Own and drive results with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
- Prepared to adopt flexible work hours to liaise with customers, subcontractors and team members in different time zones
- Have to right to work in Denmark / EU
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
- Preferred a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
- Preferred at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- Mobile – able to travel within EMEA as required, estimated at 3-4 times per year
- Envirosuite delivers services globally, besides English the knowledge of Spanish and or French is valued
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring metrics, parameters and principles (Noise, Air Quality, vibration)
