Leading our Scrum Masters by coaching and developing their competencies is the main focus. You are responsible for ensuring high team engagement, set directions and clearly communicate current and future priorities.
In the role as People Leader in an agile context, your key responsibilities will include: Direct Manager for around 15 Scrum Masters and Agile Program Management Office (APMO) Coordinators Attraction, onboarding, hiring, coaching, mentoring, reward and performance management, people/career development of the colleagues Help build Agile, personal, and professional competencies Driving Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) to succeed as a partner for Development FTE budgeting and general department budgeting and follow-up Facilitate cross-organisational knowledge sharing You will partner closely with other People Leaders to ensure that we establish and drive a strong collaboration. You will be part of DD&IT Development and will be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 140 people in Denmark and 65 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of projects and applications working closely together with our colleague in the line of business.
