Do you want to be part of our ambitious journey to digitise and automate the processes in our Pilot factories, where the insulin and GLP-1’s of the future are being developed? Do you have a passion for System Management, PLC and SCADA systems? Then this is the position for you. The Position As our new System Professional you will be responsible for operation and maintenance of our PLC and SCADA systems across our 6 Pilot factories in Bagsværd and Gentofte, ensuring optimal performance, security and reliability of the systems. You will be responsible for keeping the systems in compliance with Novo Nordisk requirements and thereby requirements from health authorities. You will troubleshoot issues proactively and provide support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues. Your responsibilities will be:
  • System Administration (e.g. User, Configuration, Incident and document management)

  • Troubleshooting on PLC/SCADA systems and associated interfaces and network connections

  • IT Security management (e.g. implementing patches, anti-malware and whitelisting)

  • Life Cycle Management (e.g. Life Cycle assessment, system upgrades, hardware upgrades)

  • You will also be responsible for development and updates of system documents such as IT Risk Assessment, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and guidelines for the system operational processes. Furthermore, you will compose Incidents and Deviations in relations to troubleshooting and problem solving. You will prepare Change Requests for system changes. As well as preparing and approving Annual User and Configuration Reviews. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business management, engineering or similar

  • Experience with PLC and SCADA, preferably Siemens (S7, TIA portal, WinCC) and/or Rockwell (Allen Bradley, RSLogix)

  • A great passion for working with System Administration and technical problem-solving

  • Structured, well organised and with a systematic approach

  • GxP experience in order to work with regulated requirements and documentation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • As person, you have a positive Can-Do attitude, you are solution oriented and enjoys taking initiative and being proactive in you approach. About the Department In the IT & Automation team we work with operation and maintenance of automation systems, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our automation systems, keeping the systems in compliance, and ensuring data availability in our 6 Pilot factories. The team currently consists of 16 highly competent automation and data engineers working across different automation and data technologies.
