The position
As an Internal Process Consultant, you will join a newly established team of professionals where you will have the opportunity to shape your role and develop it according to your unique strengths. Your primary responsibility will be to drive improvements and optimisations of specific business processes within our organization to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement solutions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Driving internal improvement projects, overseeing their successful execution and integration. Facilitating identification of improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives. Providing guidance and mentorship to leaders and teams on LEAN methodologies.
In the area of Site Support and Improvements (SSI), we play a crucial role in boosting production capacity at Novo Nordisk, resulting in high demand for our services. Our primary deliverables are documents and making process optimisations within this area which is a key focus for this position.
Qualifications
Your experiences include: A relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated project management expertise, successfully overseeing improvement projects from inception to completion. Proven experience with internal process consulting or LEAN methodologies, providing expertise and guidance to drive process standardization and optimisation. Experience in a GMP regulated environment is highly advantageous. Professional proficiency in English is required.

Your exceptional communication skills not only facilitate effective interaction but also enable you to engage stakeholders at various levels in seeking solutions and driving initiatives forward.
You enjoy applying structured and disciplined methodology to identify problems and data-driven root causes. Your enthusiasm for continuous improvement is evident in your eagerness to embrace change and adapt to evolving circumstances.

Aseptic Manufacturing Support and Technology (AMSAT) SSI is a dynamic, 150-employee area that provides site support and improvement projects of diverse complexity across our global production sites. The area is anchored by a high level of product knowledge and process understanding.
In the SSI area, you will be welcomed into the Operational Excellence team, consisting of cLEAN, GMP and Training professionals. We are motivated to achieve sustainable improvements and drive positive change across SSI, supporting the AMSAT long term strategy.
