The position
To meet the increasing demand for current and future treatments, we are looking into expanding our manufacturing footprint.
Our Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) department in Gentofte is looking for a Construction Safety Partner to systematically improve and ensure continuous compliance within security, fire safety and construction and in operational phases of large projects.
As a Construction Safety Partner, you will be responsible for planning and coordination of activities related to safety in projects and security at site Gentofte. You will do so in collaboration with Project Managers, end users, external parties and the EHS and security organisations in A/S◀. Your key tasks will include: Timely and competent EHS involvement in project design, planning and execution of construction projects/shutdowns.
“Safe to build” and “safe to operate” design in project material/tender documents.
Follow-up on requirements regarding to high standards of security and fire safety.
Implement internal construction requirements & procedures.
Security champion on site Gentofte.
Reporting on EHS performance in construction projects, as well as planning and execution of audits within the EHS area.

To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree with 3+ years of relevant experience within EHS from other projects with large contracts and high complexity, preferably from the pharma/biotech industry.
Project management experience with good EHS competences within construction safety.
Solid knowledge related to work environment legislation in construction management.
Experience as work environment coordinator at construction sites combined with experience with constructability and efficient management of HS-plans.
Experience with site security combined with knowledge of ISO standards e.g., ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Fluency in English and Danish, both verbal and written.

Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte is part of the global Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 700 colleagues responsible for the aseptic manufacturing where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
