The position
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the communications team and digital product teams with storytelling around our digital transformation in Development.
Your main responsibilities are included, but not limited to: Producing engaging content for various channels, such as email newsletter, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and articles for Sharepoint by doing the journalistic investigation, interviews, and copywriting Working closely with our Associate Communications Manager to create and execute video and podcast playbooks Assisting our Event Project Manager in organizing and coordinating quarterly meetings, livestreams, webinars, workshops, summits, etc. Driving the Digital Alchemist (a monthly hybrid product demo with approx. 600 invitees and an average of 150 participants) by identifying speakers and use cases, coordination and bookings, presentation prep; creating word clouds; and summarizing the demo in written Monitoring, analyzing the effectiveness of comms. Initiatives and providing recommendations for improvements This role is your chance to be curious, experiment, and create communication that can unite our digital community and internal software end-users by fostering engagement and commitment around our digital aspirations. Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital media, or related field with an interest in the pharmaceutical industry and digitalisation. We expect you to be fluent in both spoken & written English since is an international company. In addition, the following skills and experiences are not mandatory but a plus for the role: Creative thinking and skilled copywriting with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Curiosity and always on the lookout for the next good story to tell Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, incl. social media management Experience with video (planning, recording, editing), graphics design, and PPT Experience with event planning and coordination We are looking for someone who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
