The Job content
With reporting lines directly to the Global Engineering Director the job content is centered around:
- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining QHSE standard’s and certificating in accordance
- with legislation and the global policy.
- Driving, further developing and implementing QHSE procedures and policies related to the Danish Site.
- Liaising with local authorities, local employee organizations and working closely with Global QHSE colleagues / ambassadors.
- Initiating and implementing QHSE improvements/changes aligned with organizational goals.
- Reporting on weekly and monthly KPI’s for QHSE.
- Carrying out QHSE audits and reports for the management team.
- Following up on QA/QC and NCR’s responsible for ensuring that the Danish Site and its activities complies with established QHSE standards and legislation
- Managing QHSE deviations, accidents and incidents, by analyzing and data gathering
- Maintaining records of inspections, performing root cause analysis and subsequently reporting with recommendations for improvements
- Carrying out competency checks on sub-suppliers and contractors before they are allowed to carry out work within the production area. This is done together with the outsourcing and purchasing team
- Attending customer audits.
- Managing a productive team with regards to QHSE.
Your Background
- Technical education, preferably engineering degree or similar education coupled with a recognized
- QHSE qualification, supplemented by relative courses and experience.
- QHSE experience working with documentation and implementing QHSE initiatives.
- Ideal candidate will have worked in a production field with QHSE.
