As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will join a Commercial Finance team with 3 competent and dedicated colleagues. Commercial Finance ensures that results are transparent by delivering financial overviews and reports that support TTI Nordic’s growth plans. Please note that you will join a highly sales-driven and successful organization with double-digit growth each year.
The role reports to the Nordic Commercial Finance Manager and will work out of the Nordic HQ in Hvidovre.
Opportunity to increase your commercial business acumen and room to develop
Your tasks are varied and specifically focused on sales reporting, business cases, market analyses, and support to regional sales and marketing teams. You will be key commercial finance support to more than 160 people in Sales, Sales and Trade Marketing, and local Country Sales Managers while also acting as the point of contact to Senior Management about performance in the region. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of demand evaluations related to the consumer brands such as Ryobi®, a brand that has grown exceptionally in the past few years. - Monthly reporting on P&L performance, incl. sales reporting and performance management.
- Monthly coordination and reporting on sales forecasting for products – by countries and key accounts.
- Business support analyses and financial business cases, e.g. customer profitability, pricing, return on marketing investments, as well as business development concerning geographical expansions.
- Structuring and upgrading market intelligence by using BI tools.

- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ commercial finance experience from a sales organization, e.g. as Business Analyst, Business Controller or the like.
- Experience from participating in or building business cases and market analyses.
- Academic credentials on bachelor or master level (merkonom, HD or M.Sc.).
- Preferably some international exposure or at least experience from working in or with the Nordics.
- Experience in working with sales data, statistics and market research to make better and well-informed decisions, which requires a high level in Excel and possibly BI tools.
