Maersk Cadet & Recruitment Office, Svendborg is looking for a Cadet Culture Advisor.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cadet Culture Advisor to join our team in Svendborg and help us discover and develop the next generation of young talents within the maritime industry.

You will be responsible for creating a culture for our cadets, where there is plenty of fun and creativity and where everyone feels valued and respected. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating positive change and can think outside the box.

You should be a team player who can collaborate with all levels of the organization and have a good sense of humour.Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

•Identify emerging trends and talent in the cultural landscape for building the future Cadet program within Maersk.

•Assisting with optimization and reinventing our existing “cadet program” for Danish Cadets.

•Develop strategies to encourage our Cadets to stay with Maersk after completing their education.

•Build strong relationship with our Cadets and provide the support they need to thrive in our Company.

•Collaborate with manager and team to create a cohesive environment that fosters a sense of unity between our cadets and our company.

•Liaise, communication and visit with Maritime Schools and Academies – To support the overall cadet strategy to stand stronger as preference of choice for our talents of the future.

•Support and participate in events/activities and campaigns necessary to attract and recruit Cadets & J/E’s.

Furthermore, the position will include overall HR Coordination task such as:

•Managing personnel systems

•Assisting on various task concerning cadets

•Handle invoices, budget and cost control

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

•Experience within recruitment, human resources and/or the maritime industry. •Experience or knowledge in cultural transformation or change management •Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•A positive attitude and a passion for creating positive change

•Has great organizational skills and finds that working as a team adds extra value
