On behalf of Nordea, Academic Work is searching for an IT analyst who will play a valuable role in defining business and IT requirements and aligning our IT solutions to these requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for you, who wants to become an expert in Counterparty Credit Risk and grow your IT analyst talent. You will positively impact Nordea's customers and society by enabling Nordea to manage their Counterparty Credit Risk better.

You will report to your project manager, and you will get your training and onboarding from the operation leader, who will make sure you get properly introduced to the project.
Most of your work tasks will be project-based but will focus on further development in order for you to become part of several projects. Most will be long-term projects and require extended work and time before a project is completed. You will interact and collaborate with Business Developers and receive your own assignments accordingly. Every day start with SCRUM meetings and here you will get your own responsibilities, depending on the current projects. You will be assigned different work tasks depending on your background and skills.
Experience from a IT role within finance is an advantage.

Job duties

Examples of work tasks, can include:
- Scrum meetings
- Work on different projects and focus on DevOps
- Assess data quality, and data work in SQL
- Requirement management such as follow standards and guidelines regarding IT and development projects
- Collaborate and work with developers to ensure they understand the requirements and guidelines that are both functional and non-functional
- Support other parts of the project like testing and operations
- If you have experience working with development you might develop as well
We are looking for
- Have a relevant university degree, such as mathematics, IT, data science, economics, or something similar
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience from similar roles (developer, IT analyst, financial role, etc.)
- Are experienced with SQL
- You can run workshops for your colleagues and can share and preset your experience to others
- Are fluent in English, both written and speaking
Experience from a IT role within finance is an advantage.
