MCI is located in Tinglev in Southern Denmark in close proximity to cities like Sønderborg, Kolding and Flensburg.

Key responsibilities
Parts Return Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Handling of the return process
• Contacting customers for satisfaction survey follow-up
• Invoice generation and corrections
• Review of return/transportation cost to minimize cost and ensure accuracy
• Support with optimizing the return process for both customers and internal departments
We are looking for
Multiple backgrounds such administrative experience in quality, claims handling or customer service can be relevant for the role but most importantly the ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
This position calls for structured person enjoying working with details as the work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. As the tasks require a careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed, you should thrive with routine tasks.
Experience in Excel and working in an ERP system is required for the position.
MCI operates all over the world and you enjoy an international setting and understand different cultures and can communicate in English.
