We are currently hiring for a Digital Manager – Rare Genetic Diseases & Vaccines in either of our office locations in the Nordics (Norway – Asker, Denmark – Vallensbaek or Finland, Helsinki).

In the capacity of Digital Manager, you will drive digital engagement and marketing projects and implement programs to support our customers, as well as the journey of patients. You will drive digital disease awareness programs and develop an Omni-Channel-Engagement strategy to increase capabilities within the local organization.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Design Core Team Omni-Channel-Engagement (OCE) strategy, with the help of OCE Leads (BUD, Centers of Excellence and Commercial Lead), and execute according to plan

  • Customize channel use, according to customer preferences, with the help of OCE & I&A Lead

  • Implement applicable channels and ensure customer preferences are captured for analytics

  • Drive Nordic collaboration with Nordic functions, Core teams and Centers of Excellence, by engaging in co-creation, jointly reducing duplication of efforts and clearly demonstrating a One Nordic mindset

  • Plan, organize and implement brand specific projects including Patient Support Programs, Services, disease awareness

  • Monitor and maintain a high level of field intelligence to assess, evaluate, interpret and incorporate the currently available programs, as well as unmet needs and requests of internal and external stakeholders; based on the findingsand knowledge of the patient journey and the needs assessment, provide input and propose project for the overall brand plan

  • Work cross-functionally and with external vendors/suppliers to ensure flawless project execution:to develop program components, SOP’s, and to test, launch and evaluate and refine, as required, the initial program

  • Continue to monitor projects post-implementation to assess impact and fine tune as needed

  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, in relation to programs initiated by the pharmaceutical industry, particularly but not limited to patient support programs


Your profile:

  • Professional training at Bachelor level (3 years) or above, preferably within areas such as, but not limited to, business, strategy, innovation, or digitalization

  • At least 3 years of working experience in digital marketing in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in leading significant projects in a cross-functional team/matrix organization

  • Insightful knowledge of Omni Channel Engagement

  • Experience in patient support programs and disease awareness programs and the regulatory and legal arena associated to it

  • Sound knowledge of the healthcare system structures and financing in the Nordics,

  • Strong business and commercial acumen


Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing in the consumer industry
