We are currently hiring for a Omnichannel Lead Nordics in full-time.


The Omnichannel Lead is responsible for the deployment, -process and -execution for selected channels, provides support and ensures up-skilling of Omnichannel and remote engagement capabilities in the Region. He/she will collaborate with the colleagues in the COEs to simplify the Core Team Omnichannel transformation.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Localize international (EUCAN) Omnichannel Engagement offerings to fit Nordic and Core Team needs.

  • Establish agile working processes for OCE tools, channels, and solutions.

  • Develop capabilities around customer personas, customer- and user journeys to enable content personalization.

  • Provide LOC expertise regarding OCE tools such as SpotMe, Websites (incl. KAMPUS), Veeva Approved Emails/Engage, SFMC and other Webinar platforms.

  • Provide guidance, training, and framework regarding E-detailers and other relevant Omnichannel material in close collaboration with EUCAN.

  • Deploy and train on global tools, approve and manage local tools and ensure CRM integration (when possible).

  • Scout new OCE channels and bring best practices to live when relevant.


Your profile:

  • Extensive technical experience from working with OCE channels, i.e. Veeva Systems (CRM, Engage, AE etc.), Websites (Episerver and Techspa), Marketing Automation Software (SFMC or similar), SOME (social media)

  • Experience in the design, improvement and execution of complex plans and processes

  • Ability to manage complexity and new situations strategically and agile

  • Ability to effectively co-work with colleagues from different cultures, customs, and ranks, strong communication and influencing skills (listening and questioning)

  • Intrapreneurial self-starter - ability to work alone, excellent manager of self and others

  • Business fluency in English
