About the position You will play a central role as IT responsible for a large project across all production line in Kirke Værløse. This project will fully automated Batct Review utilizing an Integrated MES Solution to review and approve the Batch Production record. This project will upgrade the MES and PCS to state-of-the-art system. You will be a part of the locale technical support team and a large project team. B eside the project you will support the daily production with your expertise, when they need help for problem solving.
Your main task and responsibilities will be to: Write and preform IT validation test plan Apply your knowledge of PLC control of assembly and packaging lines into validated and robust solutions Participate in solving process challenges from day-to-day operations Secure GMP requirements
Qualifications Relevant academic degree within IT, automation, engineering or similar Experience with PLC/SCADA control of production processes Knowledge of GMP- and validation Knowledge of PAS-X or other comparable MES systems Knowledge of virtual server environments, Kepware, VMware, OPC and thin client software would be advantageous Fluent in English, both written and spoken Ability to understand written Danish
You do not need to be a programmer to join our team, but you should be familiar with systems and understand interactions between equipment and MES systems.
