The position As our new Senior Professional, you will become a part of our support team which consists of 11 supporter’s total. A typical day at work would offer support of daily production, you will have an interdisciplinary role across our assembly lines and be in close collaboration with line dedicated supporter where you will work together on:
  • Deviation handling.
  • Change request cases.
  • Systematic problem solving.
  • Optimizing projects of various kind.
    • The job is related to a – sporadically – high pace environment where there is a need of fast decision making and a high sense of urgency while patient safety and product quality is key. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
  • A degree within science, e.g., Cand. Pharm, cand. Scient, engineer or the like A LEAN mindset with solid experience within systematic problem solving.
  • +4 years of experience with a similar position, within assembly or packaging, as well as experience with GMP production.
  • Extensive experience with handling and compiling deviations and editing of QMS documents.
  • Full proficiency in oral and written English and Danish.
    • On a personal level, you are curious, good at cooperating and respectful for your own work. You thrive taking on challenges and can take the lead and initiative to working systematically to resolve them. As you will be working closely in the context of a small size team, it is important you have good communication skills. About the department In Kirke Værløse we are app. 90 dedicated employees, who together with supporting units work together on delivering medicine of high quality to our patients. The department is in thriving development and is essential to Novo Nordisk’s delivery to the market; new products and new lines will mean that the department, as the smallest packaging site in Novo Nordisk, most certainly will be visible at the World map. Kirke Værløse alongside Gentofte forms FP-GeVa. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into finished packed product that patients can use all over the world.
