We are expanding our production facilities in Hillerød, to meet the future need of our expanding product pipeline. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate to support the Environmental Monitoring and Cleanroom areas and processes. You will work in close cooperation with our EM Specialist, where sparring and knowledge sharing are key to aligning the EM work across the production facility. Your responsibilities within this highly critical project with high strategic impact on Novo Nordisk’s future business, will include: • Providing technical support to project team
• Performing performance verification for classified areas
• Writing procedures, handling risk assessments and rationales
• Preparing and maintaining cleaning plans for the production facility
• Support training activities for personnel working within environmental monitoring and in the cleanroom areas
• Qualification, calibration, and maintenance of EM equipment
• Supporting routine environmental monitoring
• Handling change requests and deviations, writing trend and yearly reports, reviewing logbooks, performing process confirmation
This project will offer you the opportunity to be involved in a large new production facility and team, as part of high-profile green project. Additionally, this position may require travel within Europe. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: • A relevant academic degree in natural science, biology, microbiology, or similar (candidates with relevant laboratory, technical or production background, and extensive experience are also welcome)
• Experience working in a GMP regulated area
• Preferably, experience within Environmental Monitoring
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English

Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes, including cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying, requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
