By joining us as Project Analyst you’ll play a key role in supporting tasks to enable and facilitate the development of several solar utility scale greenfield projects from scratch (land origination) to the project is ready for construction (financial close). Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the Development Manager in preparation of external and internal presentations and reports
- Play a significant role in communication and support to our land developers, and as the main point of contact to our legal advisors
- Create, prepare, establish, review, amend, execute legal contracts and documents
- Ownership of legal and data aspects related to our project companies
- Develop and ensure maintenance/update of project portfolio dashboard with project related files, deliverables, and timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of process by supporting the definition and formalization of procedures, tasks, and instructions
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master in Business, Commercial Law, Project Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably within energy industry
- Previous paralegal experience will be valued
- Wizard in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Entrepreneur mindset, rigorous, attention to detail, autonomous, agile, hands-on, self-driven, and proactive
- Good communication and negotiation skills, team player and used to work in fast changing conditions
