TrackMan is searching for a Procurement Specialist and Asset Manager for TrackMan Range to secure a continuous supply of parts for TrackMan Range and management of an ever-increasing asset base.

Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. TrackMan is a fast-growing company with around 450 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark (Vedbæk) and offices in New York, Phoenix, Poland, and Tokyo. We are privately owned, which allows us to make decisions fast.
The job
The Procurement Specialist and Asset Manager for TrackMan range is a new role responsible for securing that required parts are delivered on time for TrackMan Range installations, keeping an overview of the asset base mainly consisting of Radars, Screens, and Servers and securing an effective RMA process. The job
The Procurement Specialist and Asset Manager for TrackMan range is a new role responsible for securing that required parts are delivered on time for TrackMan Range installations, keeping an overview of the asset base mainly consisting of Radars, Screens, and Servers and securing an effective RMA process. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and run internal/external Sales and Operations Planning process to secure balance between supply and demand
- Coordination with suppliers and keeping an overview of outstanding/planned orders
- Establish and continuously operate an asset overview by range location
- Creation of an effective global process for handling RMA’s and errors taking regional differences into account
- Participate in negotiations with current suppliers and support finding alternative suppliers
- Contribute to ongoing cost reduction efforts through most effective purchase quantities and competitive bidding while maintaining high quality, on-time deliveries, and reasonable inventory levels
- Responsible for securing that the CRM system is continuously updated based on changes to the asset base
- Have close contact with both Danish and foreign suppliers
