About the role
As our Student Assistant, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and recruiting the best talent as we continue to grow our businessYour primary responsibility will be:
- Find, contact, and build effective relationships with passive and active job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of these are within Research & Development
- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents
- Handle the initial screening and deliver long-listed candidates to hiring managers for selected roles
- Assisting our managers in writing job postings
- Planning interviews, sending out tests to candidates, and administrating our Recruitment IT system
- Take part in planning and conducting Career Fairs and other strategic talent attraction activities
You will also contribute to our Employer Branding and Employee Experience activities.
Selected tasks could be:
- Support initiatives that ensure a good onboarding experience for our new employees
- Create content for SOME that engage potential candidates and promote TrackMan
