By joining the HR team you will play a key role in ensuring that our business has the required global capabilities for the future - enabling development, manufacturing and commercialization of pleasurable oral delivery systems for unlimitied application areas.

The L&D Manager reports to Vice President, HR. As a team we are responsible for setting the strategic direction for people, culture and organization, executing on aligned roadmaps while being role models for leadership behaviour and company values.

The Fertin HR team is global, with colleagues in Denmark (Vejle), India and Canada. This positions is located in Vejle.

As Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will

  • Develop Fertins global L&D strategy in alignment with our business strategy and Must-Win-Battles
  • Develop and executive on yearly L&D roadmap building and enabling our future strategic capabilities
  • Project manage impactful programs and activities, eg. career track and development program for project managers
  • Drive and develop current talent and leadership development programs (as Business Process Owner)
  • Support development of top-30 senior leaders in collaboration with VP, HR and the Executive Team
  • Drive and contribute to select projects in collaboration with partners across PMI HealthCare & Wellness
  • Administer the L&D budget, incl. vendor agreements.
  • Be a Center of Excellence: Supporting managers with high quality research, analysis and recommendations to L&D activities.

We are looking for candidates with

  • Master Degree (Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications) or equivalent

  • Proven track record delivering outcome focused L&D / training programs
  • Experience working and delivering in a global business environment is strongly preferred (i.e. manufacturing / pharma / food industry)
  • Min. 6-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong business acumen, project management skills and an execution mindset are key to success.
