Are you our new HR consultant? Are you passionate about working with HR and do you want to make a difference in a world class specialised organisation? NNE A/S is looking for a new colleague for our HR team as we are very busy supporting our organization. You become an important part of our HR team in an organization working to support the Pharma industry so that patients around the world can get their vital medicines. NNE is an engineering company located in Virum and in Kalundborg. We also have local sites in both India and the US. We are a total of approx. 1000 employees spread across our 4 locations. We are a project organization working in close dialogue with our customers to obtain the best solutions. This also reflects the way we work in HR.

You will become part of HR Service, Rewards and Talent Acquisition, where you will refer to the manager of the team. The HR department is a dedicated team where teamwork is in focus and where we collaborate with our different skillsets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE.

Your primary tasks will be:
- Contribute to develop Talent Acquisition in NNE with new ideas, your knowledge and experience
- Support leaders in conducting best practice recruitments and test feedback
- Assist the organization with employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with your colleagues in HR
- Daily sparring with the organization and HR colleagues in relation to terms of employment and other legal rules. You will proactively contribute to solving individual cases and help implement new rules in the organization
- Handling of individual cases so that they are resolved optimally and in accordance with our guidelines
- Execution and optimization of HR processes, where some processes will become your responsibilities. You will also help to develop and describe new policies and processes
- Act as sparring partner to managers in relation to new HR initiatives related to your area of responsibilities
- Contribute to the roll out of our HR digital platform and future use of HR digital solutions in the organization
Required Qualifications: Are you the right person for the job? We expect our new colleague to:
- Have a passion for HR, to thrive with changes and enjoy working with a various number of different task
- Have a systematic, structured and logical approach to problem solving
- Take great ownership of the tasks within your area of responsibility and able to maintain a good overview over you task portfolio
- Enjoy working with others, whether it is as support to a difficult conversation or as a sparring partner
- Make independent decisions based on your experience, analysis and knowledge
- Have a development mindset and are motivated by improving business and organization
In addition, we expect that you:
- Have a relevant academic education or an HR professional back ground
- Min. 5-7 years of experience from an HR department - preferably from a medium-sized company
- Have experience within terms and conditions of employment and recruitment. It is an advantage if you have experience within employer branding
- Are certified in recruitment tests – preferably Saville
- Excel in establishing relationships at all levels of the organization
- Can work in Danish and English in writing as well as oral. Our corporate language is English
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and are curious about the opportunities offered through new digital and technical solutions
