Do you want to drive the sustainability agenda forward, and do you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by enhancing the sustainability of solutions, projects, buildings, facilities, and production sites in the pharmaceutical industry? Come and join our HSE department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and ambitious colleague who has a passion for sustainability and can play a key part in strengthening our sustainability initiatives.

NNE has the technical competences and pharma industry insight to help our customers turn their sustainability strategies into design solutions that support their goals for sustainable facilities. By cross disciplinary collaboration and a sustainability mindset incorporated in all disciplinary design we aim to present alternative and more sustainable solutions to meet our clients’ needs and by doing so set standards for sustainability in the pharmaceutical sector. We also aim to describe and document the impact of a proposed solution to our clients. We are therefore looking for a colleague with over 10 years’ experience in integrating sustainability into practice in production and process and who has a strong consultant mindset. Your team
In our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department we are 30+ specialists who provide engineering and consultancy services. The HSE department covers more than 12 different disciplines and the services that we provide help our customers reach their goals within health, safety, and environment and now, more than ever, sustainability has become a high priority for many companies including us.
You will mainly be working out of Virum. As our customers in Denmark are also located in Kalundborg and Hillerød you must expect to work from all NNE’s offices.

- Ensuring that all relevant HSE and sustainability aspects are handled in all types of projects
- Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders at our customers and in NNE
- Being the “spider in the web” in which you contribute with your own core skills
Qualifications
- Have a relevant degree, it does not necessarily have to be an engineering degree
- Have a broad network in Denmark and abroad
- Experience as an adviser/consultant
- Preferably experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech or food production industry
- Motivated to work independently as well as in a team
- English and Danish fluent proficiency both written and spoken
