We are looking for new colleagues who are passionate about Health, Safety and Environmental issues and have a fundamental desire to make a difference by enhancing the sustainability of solutions, projects, buildings, facilities and sites.
NNE provides innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers, primarily in the Life Science and Biotech sector. We are constantly working to disseminate and embed a sustainability mindset in the preparation and execution of all the projects we carry out for our clients.
We are busy, and we are looking for ambitious colleagues, engineers or other professionals with a scientific background, who has either already touched the field of Health, Safety and Environmental or has an educational profile, which includes environmental issues or the like. We prefer that you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, but it is not a requirement. We urge you to challenge us if you have another background or if you have supplementary skills, which NNE and our customers can benefit from.
You will be a part of NNE’s” Health, Safety and Environment” department in the “Facility Design” division. The HSE department consists of +30 dedicated specialists providing excellent engineering and consultancy services, helping our customers reach their ambitious goals within Sustainability, Health, Safety and Environment. We work out of Virum, in the northern part of Zealand. As our customers in Denmark are also located in Kalundborg and Hillerød you must expect to work from all NNE’s offices.
The job
We are looking for a person who is or has the desire to become an excellent HSE Coordinator/LEAD. In NNE a HSE Coordinator/LEAD is responsible for ensuring that all relevant HSE and sustainability aspects are handled in all types of projects, large and small, complex as well as simple. The Coordinator/LEAD, being the “spider in the web”, contributes with her/his own core skills and include other colleagues when relevant.
You will be part of the sales processes and will coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders at our customers and in NNE. It is crucial to us that you find the position as HSE Coordinator/LEAD satisfactory and challenging in the long run and wants to bring your deliveries to perfection in corporation with your engaged collegeaes and team members.
The ideal candidate has a background in science/engineering and has experience from environmental and/or working environment projects in industrial production. The HSE department' covers more than 12 different disciplines and we are looking for colleagues who can supplement these.
Required Qualifications: You may have an academic background (on master level) with experience from the life science industry preferably pharmaceutical or biotech, or you may have a different background, but knowledge of the current sustainability agenda is a pre-requisite. You are result oriented and have an excellent customer understanding and consultant mind set. You show responsibility when taking the tasks and you know when to move on to the next. You thrive in a dynamic and global work environment, where you can work independently as well as in a team. You speak and write English and Danish fluently. Lastly, you have a great sense of humor and an overall positive approach.
