We are looking for 2 newly graduated Junior Compliance Consultants.

What you'll do
As a junior compliance consultant you will be part of a setup of junior and more senior colleagues. You will be part of a team providing highly specialized consulting services, combining our experience of production processes and product development within GMP
Concept development, combining our methods and customer expectations to ease their daily operations
Quality risk assessment of products and processes to gain knowledge, but also to utilize the potentials of this knowledge to provide robust and sustainable GMP design solutions

Together with the rest of the compliance consulting team you will also contribute to further developing our services. The focus will be within quality processes like e.g. Quality Management System, Audits, Optimization and Digitalization of Q-processes, Training, Validation/verification, Product Sourcing and Technology Transfer; all with the aim of providing our customers with GMP compliant solutions which are both cost-effective, sustainable and innovative.

Your tasks will range from brainstorming sessions, planning of and conducting customer projects in collaboration with customers and colleagues securing a smooth implementation of new regulations and process technologies, as well as safe product transfers.

You will join a passionate team of compliance consultants who have a broad interface to colleagues within NNE’s technical disciplines and sales. We work as a matrix organization where teams are set for each individual project/task. Sometimes as part of a team and sometimes on individual tasks, but always sharing experience, ideas and supporting each other.
The compliance consulting team consist of employees with different professional backgrounds, personal profiles and seniority. We strive to use these differences proactively to ensure that we all continuously learn and grow individually and as a team. We also hope to learn from you!

- Equipment testing and process challenge and -validation
- Cleaning validation in production facilities
- Implementation and optimization of Quality Management Systems
- Operational readiness - to secure that all aspects of a new or rebuild facility is ready so that the facility is ready for operation

- Newly graduated with a degree within biotech-, food engineering or pharmaceutical or similar
- Have some knowledge about the life science industry, e.g. student work or trainee
- Experience with GMP regulations, and knowledge about pharma regulatory authorities
- Experience within the Life Science Industry
