As our new Proposal Manager, you will be tasked with the responsibility for the entire proposal process, from lead to submission; during this process, you will have the luxury of leveraging NNE’s vast knowledge base as you collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure commercial success .
The Team:
You will be part of the Account Management department together with account managers and sales supporters and in the Proposal Management team.
In the department we have different educations and professional backgrounds, but all with an interest in technical projects within the pharmaceutical industry and with commercial aspects in focus.

The Role
As a proposal manager you will be working with both specialist assignments and cross-disciplinary proposals ranging between 1 to 100 million DKK. Your primary duties and responsibilities will be to
- act as one point of entry for proposals to your designated customers or portfolio
- ensure bid / no bid has taken place by involving the right stakeholders
- analyze tender material and other information from and regarding the customer
- demonstrate leadership by energizing the proposal team and coordinating team members’ tasks and ensure that proposal deadlines are kept.
- ensure commercial soundness of proposals
- ensure reviews and approvals according to global guidelines
- deliver a structured and winning proposal to account manager for handover or directly to customer
What we are looking for:
The position demands a high level of independence and individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive. It is important you can gain respect from the line of business, and that you have excellent stakeholder management skills. In addition, we expect that you
- have approximately 3 years of experience from a commercial functional area, preferably in the pharma/biotech engineering business
- have Project-, Proposal-, or Account-management experience with a high level of stakeholder alignment
- have previous experience in either projects or services
- are fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish
- are educated to Bachelors or Masters level in a commercial or technical field
