As a part of NNE, you join a highly skilled organization of approximately 1300 enthusiastic employees located in Denmark (Virum & Kalundborg), India and the US. Your workplace will be at our head office in Virum.<br
We are a project organization, delivering expert pharma engineering services to our pharma and biotech customers, ranging from planning and establishment of new pharma facilities to the upgrading, expansion, and ongoing support of existing operations. This is in our DNA as we work in close dialogue with our customers to obtain the best solutions – and this also reflects the way we work in HR.
In HR we are 25 committed team members collaborating with different skill-sets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE. You will be part of the HR Development team, a committed team of 7 skilled and engaged colleagues involved in on-going organizational development initiatives and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to unleashing our full people potential with both internal and external partners focused around delivering on NNE strategic intent.

How you might spend your days
As our future Senior Leadership Consultant you will have varied workdays, with a wide range of responsibilities and broad contact to the organization. - designing and implementing leadership and team development initiatives
- coaching of both line- and project-management groups
- facilitating workshops and trainings within fields of expertise
- strategy implementation and change management support
- Implementing strategic people related initiatives, including organizational development, performance management, strategic competence development, continuous improvements, feedback & performance culture etc.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- Relevant academic background (Master’s degree)
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge and experience within leadership and organizational development.
- Significant experience in Coaching and Mentoring, building effective teams, facilitation and training
- Comprehensive business understanding and customer orientation.
- Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken. Our corporate language is English
