We are busy and we experience an increasing need for both internal coordination and communication with our customers when applying for permits etc. in our projects (e.g., building applications, environmental approvals, etc.). We seek to strengthen our HSE department with more competences on authority handling.
You will be joining our HSE department with approx. 30 skilled professionals providing qualified engineering and consultancy services, enabling our customers reach their ambitious goals within Health Safety and Environment. You will have a cross-disciplinary role with close collaboration with our architects, structural engineers, and fire engineers among others.

You'll be based in our offices in Virum and Kalundborg, and commuting between the offices can be done by our own NNE bus. Get comfortable and use the time to work (as the bus has tables, wifi, power plug) or relax with a cup of coffee/the and afternoon snacks.

How you might spend your days
As an HSE authority professional, you'll have a central role working with:
- Communication with relevant authorities (e.g. municipalities, emergency and environmental authorities, etc.)
- Coordination between our cross disciplinary project teams.
- Assembling and preparing relevant documentation (e.g. construction applications)
- Ensuring knowledge sharing on authority regulations.
- Developing and optimizing work procedures.
You'll be based in our offices in Virum and Kalundborg, and commuting between the offices can be done by our own NNE bus. Get comfortable and use the time to work (as the bus has tables, wifi, power plug) or relax with a cup of coffee/the and afternoon snacks.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a technical or academic background e.g. constructing architect (bygningskonstruktør)
- Experience in authorities handling. e.g. as a client, a consultant, or an authority.
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the Danish Building Regulations.
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
