We’re looking for skilled professionals to join our Compliance Consulting function. We have a solid project portfolio within pharma containing exciting and professionally challenging greenfield and revamp projects. Are you ready for this opportunity?
Our Compliance Consulting function is divided into three areas of expertise: GMP Design & Support, Facility Operations and Process Qualification & Validation. Together, we support our customers in bringing well designed GMP facilities into operations in a fast and predictable manner. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers, and it is therefore crucial that your competencies are broad in the use of and understanding of GMP, and Science and Risk based Validation principles (e.g., quality risk management, system qualification and process validation).
We can offer you an agile work environment and the opportunity to join one of the three areas of expertise related to Compliance Consulting. You will work in an interdisciplinary team, all of which are committed to creating the most optimal solutions for our customers.

How you might spend your days
In our Compliance Consulting function your day-to-day tasks will depend on your area of expertise. Some of which may include:
- Assisting our customers in setting the GMP design strategy in engineering projects.
- Facilitating the interpretation of cGMP throughout the product lifecycle.
- Supporting the customers organization to be prepared for efficient start-up as well as controlled operation of their processes.
- Supporting our customers with strategy, training, implementation, and execution activities within System Qualification and Process Validation.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a solid technical background with a diploma or master's degree within engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutics, or other relevant education.
- You have experience with Science and Risk-based Validation, and quality risk management.
- You have experience in working in a GMP regulated environment.
- You have previously worked with control strategies and operational readiness.
- You are good at communicating and are interested in customer contact.
- You speak and write fluent English.
