About the role
Join our dynamic Process Automation team, a group of over 150 colleagues in Denmark and 270 globally, dedicated to delivering best-in-class Automation Solutions for Pharmaceutical Engineering. To stay ahead, we have an ambitious goal: to optimize and redesign our engineering processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation in the way we design, implement, test, and work with Process Automation solutions.
And that’s where you come in. We need a Change Lead within DCS to spearhead this transformation, enhancing workflows, aligning stakeholders, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will play a key role in creating efficiency, transparency, and seamless collaboration across all project phases, from Conceptual Design to Handover.

Our Process Automation teams specialize in consultancy, design & development, implementation, and validation of automation solutions for the Pharma and Biotech industries. We are a project-based organization, currently engaged in a strong pipeline of large-scale, data-driven, greenfield projects—including modular and scalable designs for API production such as fermentation, recovery and purification, utility, and cleaning systems.

As a Change Lead, you’ll report directly to the Director of Process Automation and take ownership of key transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating strategic goals into actionable change initiatives and projects.
- Driving change management processes within the Process Automation domain.
- Leading the execution of engineering process improvement initiatives.
- Representing Process Automation in cross-disciplinary change projects.
- Ensuring alignment and collaboration across Process Automation and other disciplines within
- Presenting progress updates and reports to governing steering committees.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- 8+ years of professional experience and a degree in engineering—ideally automation, electrical, process, or marine engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PCS/DCS application development (e.g., ABB 800xA, DeltaV, or ABB SattLine) within Pharma.
- OR significant experience in leading change management projects within cross-disciplinary pharma engineering processes.
- Passion for navigating complexity in a pharma-focused, multidisciplinary engineering advisory environment.
