As our new Global Press and Public Relations Lead, you will join our newly established Stakeholder Relations team in the Clients, Communications, and Marketing department. You will play an essential role in positioning Ramboll on key agendas in the media as a provider of solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. <br>
You will work closely with ambitious and inclusive colleagues in the global Positioning, Sustainability, and Strategy teams, as well as with subject matter experts and PR advisors across the company’s markets and geographies. </p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Ramboll’s global media relations</li><li>Lead earned and paid media campaigns globally</li><li>Design, execute and manage global PR strategies</li><li>Design media plans, producing key strategic communication assets (including speeches, press releases, talking points and presentations) in support of thought leadership activities, financial results announcements and major project milestones</li><li>Support our senior leadership’s participation in major global activities (e.g. key fora, networks, partnerships, events, etc.), advising on communication strategy, key messages and delivery in connection with media appearances.</li><li>Lead issues management, crisis preparedness and crisis communication efforts</li><li>Monitor media coverage of topics related to Ramboll’s core areas of expertise </li><li>Provide timely and insightful analysis of current events and global trends related to the green transition</li><li>Enable coordination and synergy between PR advisors and communications managers across Ramboll markets and geographies</li><li>Enable and equip Ramboll’s experts to become recognized thought leaders in their fields</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for continued growth: </strong><br>
At Ramboll, we support your personal and professional development, so you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English (Danish is an advantage but not required)</li><li>Minimum 7-10 years professional experience</li><li>Track record in driving strategic corporate agendas and working with senior executives</li><li>Ability to translate and convey complex concepts to wider audiences</li><li>Strong media relations background</li><li>International experience and global thinking, obtained through previous positions, ideally in a large multinational company</li><li>Academic background: Master’s level degree in journalism, marketing, political science or a related field of study from a leading university</li></ul><p><strong>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:</strong></p><ul><li>Mindset to thrive in a complex, high-paced and changing environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as you will be working across organizational and geographical borders</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and outstanding communication skills</li><li>Deep commitment to environmental and social sustainability, and to corporations’ role in the transformation of society </li></ul><p><strong>Ramboll globally</strong><br>
