We are looking for a bright and out-going student assistant to join the Strategic Procurement team at Flügger.
As a student assistant in the Procurement team, you will be assisting our Procurement Partners in their daily work. Tasks are plentiful and vary in complexity and duration, and you are expected to work independently. You will be able to grow and learn in the position and will over time run individual projects within the team and with internal as well as external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will be to support with the following tasks and processes:
• Assist the Procurement team with various administrative ad hoc tasks.
• Uploading of contracts to our contract management system.
• Help with supplier assessments and evaluations.
• Prepare contracts and implementation documents.
• Assist with setting up tenders in our tender tool (uploading of documents, follow up on suppliers and gathering information).
• Help with overseas shipping documents (processing and archiving documents).
• Validating vendors product files, correcting, and uploading them to our ERP system.
• Collecting and updating marked index data.
• Data handling (Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX)
You have an interest in strategic procurement and have a structured approach to all tasks. We expect you to be self-motivated and driven. You are curious to new tasks and challenges. To succeed, you need to work structured, with attention to the details and collaborate well across multiple functions and have good communication skills. Furthermore, we expect you to:
Procurement is anchored as a Group function with direct reference to the CEO, working with strategic and operational procurement of both Direct, Indirect¸ Capex and Goods for Resale. We have an ambitious journey ahead of us in order to deliver on the Flügger strategy - by both optimizing of our cost base, by supporting top-line growth via digitalization, sustainable materials, supplier innovations etc., and by developing our processes and way-of-working.

Your palette
You have an interest in strategic procurement and have a structured approach to all tasks. We expect you to be self-motivated and driven. You are curious to new tasks and challenges. To succeed, you need to work structured, with attention to the details and collaborate well across multiple functions and have good communication skills. Furthermore, we expect you to:
- You are studying at Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen or similar – preferably with finance, procurement, or supply chain as one of the subjects/dominating content. For example, MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Supply chain management/ Masters in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- A result-oriented and open-minded personality who works proactively
- A quick learner, but still thrives with a degree of routine and administrative tasks.
- Take pride in the work you do and deliver on time and in high quality
- Fluent in English, written and verbal - Fluency in a Scandinavian language will be considered an advantage
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Microsoft Dynamics AX, especially you need to be proficient in Excel
