The position You will be part of a great team of 5 colleagues, consisting of project managers and system experts. The team is responsible for providing subject matter expertise from a Procurement perspective to the Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration phases across acquired assets and companies. This includes driving adoption to our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations in purchasing and finance processes, driving integrations of acquired companies for Procurement process and systems and business partnering on a global level. Thereby, we aim to support 's strategic agenda of acquiring external innovation and production capacity to enable our future growth and drive change to defeat serious chronic diseases. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the company, on activities including: 70% Specialist/Subject Matter Expert: Spearheading the technicalities of procurement process and system integration efforts for company acquisitions through data analysis, data mapping and designing of migration strategies Acting as a senior specialist for colleagues across the organisation during integrations on procurement processes and compliance requirements Execution of migration strategies to integrate systems, master data and processes into Configuration of Coupa system elements for new affiliates Consulting on best practices for technical integrations 30% Project Management: Drive integration, digitalisation and process improvement incl. issue/opportunity identification, design and implementation Change management activities to drive utilisation and adoption of digital procurement technology Business partnering to the organisation to ensure a close link between business needs and digital opportunities to drive world class procurement Provide input to and take active responsibility to drive future innovation of our digital procurement process This position is based in Denmark, but some travel activities may occur. Qualifications You hold a relevant bachelors or master’s degree related to process optimisation, digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or similar, with excellent results, and have minimum 3-5 years of experience specialising in processes and system improvements. Key success criteria are: Ability to maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, systems, and processes, as well as produce reports to support decision-making throughout the acquisition Solid project management and procurement toolbox Experience within several different financial disciplines (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, etc.), and experience working with systems like SAP and Coupa, considered a big plus Preferably, knowledgeable about pharma industry regulations and compliance requirements related to IT systems and data management Fluency in English On a personal level, you have a passion for driving integration projects, and thrive when solving complex problems, even under short timelines. With strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you excel at building relationships. As a dedicated team player, you strongly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You are self-driven, comfortable making decisions or choosing escalation when necessary, and possess a curious nature with a high willingness to learn and adapt.
