IT Service Delivery Manager, Caverion Denmark

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our Group IT Services team. You will be based in our office in Copenhagen or Fredericia and be part of a global Business Relation Management team, focusing on IT service deliveries to our business and end users in Denmark.

Role Description
You will secure excellent and well working delivery of Group IT services in Division Denmark. This will be in close collaboration with Division IT Manager as part of the Business Relationship Management Team. You will deliver and optimize the operative IT services with the respective service teams including the external Partners.

Key accountabilities:
• Deliver IT support and service delivery work synchronized with our external IT service desk and internal Group IT departments for your colleagues in Denmark.
• Understand local IT demands, risks, expectations and challenges, to secure optimized delivered IT services.
• Excellent knowledge of Caverion Group IT's internal organization, service catalogue and responsibilities.
• Overview of vendors delivering services and of local IT services/vendors.
• Review performance in accordance with agreed SLA.
• Agreed responsibility for support of specified divisional (class C) applications.
• Actively contribute to follow up utilization, adaption and improvement of Caverion's IT processes.
• In collaboration with Divisional IT Manager (DITM) for Denmark, participate in projects to secure delivery of IT services through all phases of the lifecycle.

Preferred background and qualifications:
• Team player and self-managed individual contributor.
• Completed education in the IT sector (University or similar).
• Knowledge of and initial professional experience in the area of IT process and ITIL.
• Business knowledge and strictly customer oriented.
• User Experience perspective.
• Hands on approach to solving user problems and to continuously improve services.
• Knowledge of building technology related services and projects is an advantage
• Ability to understand business demands and priorities.
• Willingness to travel (mainly within Denmark).
• Communication excellence.
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.
