Do you want to use your strong quality mind-set and great interpersonal skills in ensuring the quality and safety of our products? Do you want to make a difference for those patients who need Glucagon and Growth hormone? Then be a part of the team assuring the quality of our Glucagon API and Growth hormone API.
The job is a 24 Months temporary position.
About the department
We are a department “Biopharm QA API” consisting of three teams and we are around 40 employees with variation in age, gender and education. We are known as a dynamic and successful department who has a high professional level, highly engaged employees and a great collaboration between the three teams in the department.
The job
Our key task is to review and approve GMP documentation to ensure delivery of high-quality products in compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, we are present in the production every day to secure we have oversight and can advise the production. As QA you will play a central role when you need to make decisions. This demands good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues both in the production and QA. To learn guidelines, procedures and production processes you will be trained by colleagues and be present in the production

Qualifications
We seek a colleague who fits together with the team both professional and personal. As a person you are open, honest, forthcoming and inclusive regarding your colleagues in both QA and the production. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility and take action including having you own projects. The performance of the team is the most important, meaning, if necessary, you must put your own needs aside.
Ideally, you have a Master´s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or corresponding qualifications. It is an advantage if you have experience within the pharmaceutical industry but not a demand since we have very experienced employees in the team who can support and train you. Furthermore, it is important to have the right quality mindset, quite adaptable, is curios and is a quick learner. We operate in an international company and the position therefore requires full proficiency in English and Danish.
