We are looking for a Procurement Digitalisation Manager to help drive the digitalisation agenda within contract management in a time where procurement excellence and digitalisation is prominent on the corporate agenda. About the department
Corporate Procurement is responsible for the indirect spend in Novo Nordisk and for defining and driving the global procurement strategy. Corporate Procurement consists of 120 employees based in Denmark and 500 people globally.We promote a global mind-set, dedication to business partnering and has a relentless focus on developing our people and creating rewarding careers. About the job
In this role, you will be part of Digital Procurement, a great team of 15 project managers and digitalisation subject-matter experts. The team is responsible for our global procurement and contracting systems (currently Coupa and Concur) and for driving the digitalisation agenda.
- You will be working closely with stakeholders across the company to increase use of eSignature and optimise the contract management flow, incl.:
- Drive global system and process improvements incl. issue/opportunity identification, design, implementation, release management, change management and training
- Utilise digital tools to replace manual processes globally
- Problem solve with Line of Business digitalisation champions on how to optimise processes and drive world class procurement and contracting
- Ensure outstanding support to our users in Line of Business and resolution of complex support cases
You will be based in Denmark, but some travel activities may occur.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience within contract management, procurement, digitalisation or IT
- Experience with identifying and implementing digitalisation and process optimisations on a global scale, incl. managing suppliers
- Ability to bridge business needs to technical content and communicate value in a non-technical language
- A curios mind – always looking to learn new tools, processes, cultures and perspectives
- A dedicated team player who strongly collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
- It is a pre-requisite to work fluently in English
