Job description
Are you looking for an exciting hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies? Join us as an intern in Novo Nordisk and get an opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues from many different nationalities within various fields.
The working hours are flexible from min. 18 to max. 37 hours a week enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at
university, project work or writing your bachelor / master’s thesis.
About the department
Our Quality Assurance department is responsible for assuring safe products for our patients and compliance with both internal and external requirements. Our department consists of several highly qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team consisting of the Director and four Associate Managers. Our team supports a brand-new state of the art aseptic filling facility, being responsible for review, approval and archiving of documents related to the filling production.
The position
You will support the team member responsible for archiving and will be working with several stakeholders across our production facility, to assist in registering and physical archiving of critical documentation.
After a training period you will also be expected to give input to, and assist in, ongoing optimization of the archive setup.
Furthermore, you will have an important role during Audits and Inspections, to retrieve requested documentation in a timely manner. It is an opportunity for a unique learning experience and a chance to get insight into the type of documentation needed for the production and release of sterile medical products.
•Internship period: 6 months
•Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
•Start date: 01.09.2020
•Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
Qualifications
You are currently studying for your master’s degree in pharmacy, public health, health services research, health economics/economics or another relevant field. We expect you to master both English and Danish, verbally as well as in writing.
As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and geography, and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. We expect you to be service minded, have attention to detail and that you thrive in a busy environment.
