About the Global Procurement graduate programme
When you join Global Procurement in Novo Nordisk, you’ll be part of the organisation responsible for sourcing and purchasing billions worth of services and materials across our global business. Global Procurement supports the business by prioritising key business activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible total supply chain value, while taking quality, risks, savings, environmental and social aspects into consideration.
Throughout the programme you will gain hands-on experience with areas such as supply strategy, contract negotiation, financial planning, sourcing processes, procurement systems as well as project and change management. You will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in procurement at Novo Nordisk.
The position
During the 2-year programme you will undertake four challenging and exciting rotations of 6-months duration: You will work in different departments in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and for 1-2 rotations you will rotate internationally into our affiliates or production sites located around the globe. You will work as a fully-fledged member of the team and learn skills relevant to the rotation. You will both work independently to drive your own responsibilities and in collaboration with team members on shared projects.

Qualifications
To apply for the Global Procurement graduate programme, you must have:
- A relevant master’s degree from 2020 or 2021, and above average academic achievements
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering*
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- International outlook and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
- Professional fluency in English and globally mobile
*if Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g. studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead.
