The team
Our team consists of three Technical Product Managers and a System Administrator. We are now expanding the team with a Technical Product Manager.
We are responsible for maintaining and building relationships with major providers of desk phones and software-based communication clients from companies like Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Amazon, Genesys etc. within BtB Enterprise Business segment. We ensure that our engineers develop easy-to-install solutions that make our products interoperable with desk & soft phones and software ecosystems. We also explore ways of further improving our joint customer offer from a technical perspective and commercial perspective.
Your role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will be responsible for driving partner product interoperability within the Sennheiser organization. This to bring best-of-breed solutions to the market that have the Sennheiser audio quality as well as compliance with partner products within Strategic Alliance Partners.
You will be responsible for ensuring Sennheiser’s product interoperability and certification with our key Strategic Alliance Partners such as Genesys, 8x8, Amazon Connect, Five9, etc. You will work with a handful of partners driving their specifications within the Sennheiser organization to achieve interoperability as well as work with 3rd party test houses to pass the certification criteria mainly for our headset product lines.

Your role

Responsibilities
- Drive Technical product compatibility (80%)
- Strategic Alliance partner products interoperability with our products in close collaboration with PM & R&D teams
- Product certification by complying with partner specifications in close collaboration with PM & R&D teams
- Technology/roadmap exchange with selected partners
- Regular FtF meetings and calls with selected partners PM & Certification team to drive compatibility and certification
- Enable commercial partnership from a global perspective (20%)
- Act as a global account manager for key named partners and drive initiatives both for technical product compatibility and commercial partnership
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for key named partners and provide technical product content for various collateral e.g. white paper
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
- Several years in product management
- Strong project- and stakeholder/influential management skills both internally; R&D, Sales/Regional Strategic Alliances and Marketing, and externally with named partners
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Available for travel between 20-30 days a year
- Result-focused, proactive, determined to succeed, and detail-oriented
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Contact Centre products, services and/or consumer electronics industry
- Technical savvy within audio acoustics technology and various interoperability options
