This is a unique opportunity for you to be part of the Ambu sourcing process in an exciting role as Procurement Assistant. We are looking for a new colleague to join us on the journey of growing and improving Corporate Procurement.

You will be part of the Corporate Procurement team, which soon comprises eight experienced and dedicated colleagues with a broad background within procurement. You will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Procurement and you will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.

You will be part of the Corporate Procurement team, which soon comprises eight experienced and dedicated colleagues with a broad background within procurement. You will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Procurement and you will work out of our headquarters in Ballerup.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Procurement team with procurement tasks including securing proper and timely supplier documentation, supplier approvals/renewals, regulatory declarations, sourcing and RFQ support
- Assist Strategic Procurement Managers managing and optimizing the tail-end spend and related suppliers of indirect spend categories
- Process improvement (processes, tools, systems, IT etc.)
- Acts as a strategic partner for the business and ensure high professional standards
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Your Background
- Preferably 2+ years relevant work experience from a similar position
- Proactive self-starter with an ability of managing, executing and successfully delivering on several assignments simultaneously
- Analytical, structured, process oriented and sense for detail
- Experience using IT-systems (ERP, Contract Management, PLM, BI, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- High drive, motivation and accountability
- Relevant education and fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
