Strategic IT QA Business Partner to support global IT

The job
You will be part of the Global Quality Business Partners team where you will be working closely together with internal and external stakeholders to ensure LEO’s IT processes and systems are maintained and in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
In overview your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure GxP compliance with main responsibility for the Global IT area and Engineering/Automation
- Maintain, optimise and develop QMS covering GxP computerized systems
- Lead optimisation of all IT Quality related processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide quality expertise and advice to stakeholders on matters related to IT compliance and Data Integrity
- Communicate and assess the impact of regulatory/industry practice changes on stakeholders’ systems, data and patients
- Host together with Global IT and follow-up on regulatory inspections and 3rd party inspections/audits
- Participate and contribute as quality representative in projects, IT boards and Steering Committees
- Develop and deliver training in relevant GxPs and LEO Quality Systems
You will work across the global organisation and be in contact with numerous people in multiple departments and functions.
The position is placed in the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup.

Your qualifications
- Academic degree – e.g. within IT / Engineering / Quality
- 10+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid and up-to-date knowledge of validation and GMP requirements
- Experience within IT compliance, automation, validation, IT QMS
- Project Management expertise and influencing skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and past-paced environment
You are a “self-starting” and highly structured person that can plan own work and get things finished on time. Working cross-organizationally takes strong communication and collaboration skills – in combination with an open-minded and pragmatic approach that enables you to understand and respect different views and opinions.
The position requires you are proficient in English and fluently speak Danish.

We have the responsibility of being the quality one point of contact to our stakeholders in LEO. Our stakeholders range from IT, Production, Clinical Operations and PV to LEO affiliates around the world.
