LEO Pharma has embarked on a journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner. We are currently working to launch a biologic product to help patients with atopic dermatitis; a true cornerstone in the success of LEO. Are you ready to join us and meet the challenge?
Bio-Dermatology
You will be part of the global marketing team based at HQ within LEO in Ballerup, Denmark. The team consists of dedicated experts who all share the common goal, passion and dedication of launching products to help patients for LEO Pharma. As part of this team you will report to the VP of our Global Marketing Eczema team, New Jersey - USA.
Your job as a Brand Manager is to support development and execution of global HCP campaigns (primarily Europe and Asia) and patient support resources in local markets. An important task is to understand local country needs to represent voice of the market to the global marketing team.
You will drive, create, maintain and make available to the markets differentiation initiatives related to HCP promotion and patient support. This includes but is not limited to: HCP market shaping and branded launch campaigns, patient support materials, digital/MCM initiatives and International congress/event management.
The job requires some travel though this is affected by ongoing pandemic.

Your qualifications
- We are looking for an outgoing and driven marketer with biologic and local/regional experience. A great team player. Global experience is an advantage.
- You have a commercial mindset and good understanding of local/regional markets in the biologic area (dermatology/rheumatology/gastroenterology)
- You most likely have an academic Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or business bachelor’s degree or above, and you have some experience with the pharma industry
- You have a strategic mindset and show excellence in leading implementation from global area to the affiliates, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams is key for this role
- You master English at a high level both in written and spoken as well as in-depth experience with the MS office package
