As a Senior Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the engagement we have with our Customers. You will be accountable for all deliveries to the Customers and accountable for the profitability of our agreements. As a part of the Customer Relationship you will work with specialist sales resources, management representatives and the delivery organizations.

One day you sit and plan ahead, the second you have a meeting with a customer and the third you deep dive into the contractual agreement. You will have a wide sphere of influence and contact both internally and externally.

Your role
As a Senior Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the engagement we have with our Customers. You will be accountable for all deliveries to the Customers and accountable for the profitability of our agreements. As a part of the Customer Relationship you will work with specialist sales resources, management representatives and the delivery organizations.

- Optimize Customer Business value and development with innovative IT solutions.
- Grow Columbus footprint and share of wallet, while reducing risk.
- Build long lasting relationships as the trusted advisor.
- Inspire leadership and build high performance teams.

You have a high level of confidence, secured in your professionalism and your ability to create and maintain strong relationships. You take accountability and responsibility, both for your own and the team’s tasks and you can prioritize tasks in high-workload situations.
You have strong competences within collaboration and thrive with working in a team-oriented approach, where multiple interests and cultures are cornerstones.
We focus on:
- Solid and documented experience with IT Management that could be from a Consultancy company or a regular business.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Strong communication skills with all and especially the higher levels of a Customers organization, in both Danish and English.
- Structured approach, with allows you to have the complete overview of a complex Customer engagement.
- High level of business acumen and Customer orientation.
