As a member of our Core Infrastructure team, you will join a small team, dedicated to continuedly improving and operating our IT Infrastructure, we as at team stride to deliver best in class solutions and services to our business partners across LEO Pharma. We are on a journey to embark SAFe concepts in global IT, and Core infrastructure is transforming into a long lasting agile team, with more automation and more continual development in focus.
The Job Role
In your role as Operational Delivery Manager (ODM) for the LEO Pharma Public Cloud you will manage minor projects, typically to deliver a specific products or transformation. You will be a key resource, in our cloud first strategy.
You will work closely with the owners of our other services to solve issues and drive improvement initiatives. You need to have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end service and all the components that make up the service. The ODM interacts with appropriate process and data owners, serves as Subject Matter Expert and ensures that the ongoing service delivery meets the agreed requirements of our customers.
You will setup, configure and manage LEO Pharma’s cloud solutions – currently based on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services for PaaS/IaaS.
You will write infrastructure/configuration code (not software) and are heavily focused on automation (CI/CD pipelines). Typically, JSON formats and using PowerShell/Bash.
You will write Infrastructure and configurations as Code for Subscriptions/Accounts, Networks, Compute & Storage Workloads & Policies.
DevOps/OpsDev processes is a natural part of the daily work and infrastructure knowledge is extensive.
Representing the customer in Global IT by continuously interacting with the team and stakeholders for solution design and requirements. You ensure that the business needs and decisions are transparent to the team. Collaborating closely with the team, vendors, customers, product management, business owners and other key stakeholders.

You will report to the Head of Agile Delivery for Infrastructure & Operation and will be part of the infrastructure ART in Global IT.
Is it you?
The ideal candidate is a service oriented senior Product Owner with a strong IT background, including broad experience with Microsoft Azure, and or AWS. Have experiences with code writing and automation. Someone who thrives in a challenging environment, who follows through on commitments, takes responsibility and continuously delivers on goals and objectives. Has a structured mindset and approach. If you are trained in SAFe it will be a benefit. With 3+ years of relevant experience, who can demonstrate great results within Cloud management area. Someone who is used to navigating in a global environment and is fluent in English.

- Understanding the complete service tree.
- Responsible for service improvements (Design, Transition and Operation).
- Give input to service descriptions including standard service requests, roadmaps, processes and provide input to overall infrastructure roadmap and strategy.
- Support yearly service review meetings with stakeholders.
- Support license management for Cloud Services.
- Ensures that any changes to the service are prioritised and follow the current change management process.
- Proactively ensure service improvements.
- Serve as the point of escalation (notification) and participation in major Incident meetings related to the service.
- Deep knowledge about Infrastructure as Code and DevOps/OpsDev processes.
